Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds depend on the type of payment made through PartnerOps.
- Software subscription or digital service payments may be non-refundable after activation or usage.
- Product order refunds depend on seller, product, and order condition.
- Duplicate or mistaken payments may be reviewed and refunded where applicable.
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days with payment reference and order details.
Approved refunds may take 5 to 10 working days depending on payment gateway and bank process.
